Tribe Men's Group
Monthly MeetingHonest. Raw. Thought-provoking.
At the Tribe Men's Group, each month, founders Todd Adams and Frank Naugo present a topic to Tribe members to ignite a conversation. The format is casual and relaxed; the conversation real and practical. The guys who attend are the type you might grab a beer and watch a game with or sit alongside at your kids soccer game. In addition to the specific topic, we open it up to have honest conversations about the challenges we all face, any specific issues we might be wrestling with and opportunities for growth. The Tribe was created to support one another – that’s why we’re here.
Past Meeting Topics: Depression, Pain vs. Suffering, Emotional Labor, Accountability, #Metoo, and much more.

To understand and be understood, those are among life’s greatest gifts, and every interaction is an opportunity to exchange them.
“Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.”
Each year we take time out of our busy schedules to reconnect with ourselves, with one another and with nature. For a few days away from our normal distractions, we create a space that fosters authentic conversations, personal discovery, youthful play and deep connection to support your personal growth journey and to form bonds that will stand the test of time.
It is not our job to remain whole. We came to lose our leaves like the trees, and be born again, drawing up from the great roots.
Each of us is looking for a path back to the present.

I’ve been a member of the Tribe for about a year and absolutely love this group. It’s a place where you can talk with other guys in a safe place about complicated topics and learn skills that help me grow and become a better Dad/Husband/Person. The other beneficial part is that I can learn from other men that have gone through similar things in their life. It’s amazing how helpful it is to learn from another dad/husband in the group, really helps to keep the tough things in life in perspective.
The one thing that you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and dance and live as only you can.
Get the latest tribe news and gain new perspective from articles written by Tribe leaders, Members, and other publishers we follow & trust, covering a wide array of topics impacting society and men.
There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them.
Tribe Mens Group was founded by Todd Adams and Frank Naugo. It began Feb 2012 in Todd's living room with a few others longing for authentic conversation and connection amongst men. Since that 1st meeting seven years ago, they’ve brought men together every month in an effort to break down barriers and redefine the current concept of masculinity.
Tribe Mens Group
We create a space to challenge and support men in living their best lives through authentic conversations, facilitated practices and community engagement
Everything we do in the Tribe is centered around authentic, honest conversations and practices, with a growth and curiosity mindset thereby shaping a new definition of masculinity – that of connection, vulnerability, growth, authenticity and play.
Our hardwiring, our joy, our reason for being
Removing our mask, putting down the shield and letting others in
Becoming the best version of ourselves
Showing up just as we are and embracing that honesty in others
Remembering and re-cultivating our youthful joyfulness
